As a company we specialize in providing I.T Services to businesses and individuals. We have mainly offered Web Design and Development Services but lately have found a need for fast, cheap and reliable (whoa!) web hosting.
What unique selling points do you offer?
We offer an extra personal touch to our service, including discounts and freebies to reward loyalty and the 24/7 Support – Although we list an 0870, we are always more than happy to provide a call-back!
Describe the services you offer?
A space on the Internet to upload content for the Web. Somewhere that is reliable, fast and does not cost the Earth.
Describe your target market?
Mainly individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. But we are able to cope with demand for larger businesses too.
How is your company planning for the future?
Still here, providing the same services (probably more effective and efficient than ever before!) with the same level of support as we have done for the past 3 years.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
When our business started our main service was Web Design and Web Development. We have incorporated this into what we always 'needed' and 'required' so we can reach out to Web Developers and if need be, can tailor a package for them.
How do you support your customers?
We provide a 24/7 Telephone support service and an email service that we aim to reply to within 2 hours maximum.
